Os & Data is an employee-owned non-profit cooperative.

For us this means that all employees are partners, have the same salary and the same opportunity and responsibility to lead and develop our organization.

As a employee owned NGO we are part of the old and noble danish tradition of owning and caring for companies and organization as a collective. Either through employee ownership, consumer ownership, producer ownership or association ownership.

We believe that democratic ownership and operation leads to better and fairer decisions, and most importantly skilled coworkers that masters both the roll of employer and employee.

We are part of the ANTAL-alliance which, besides us, includes Analysis & Numbers Denmark and Analysis & Numbers Norway.
